Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your Therma1™ product(s), you may return your product within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned in original packaging, with all components in resalable condition will be eligible for a refund, less shipping and handling (may include a re-stocking fee).
To return a product, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To receive a RMA number please contact us at Info@Therma1.com.
Please include all the following information in your email to help us complete your return request:
1) Full Name
2) P.O. Number (found in the upper right corner of the Packing Slip)
3) Item to be returned
4) Reason for return (brief description)
All valid requests will receive an RMA number as well as a shipping label to return the item(s). A credit will be processed to the credit card used for the original purchase (less shipping and handling, which may include a re-stocking fee). Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card. Please allow one full billing cycle for your credit card company to apply credits to your account.
In the case of defective parts, returned within 90 days, you will receive a replacement item at no additional cost, including shipping both ways.
* Exclusions: Some items are not eligible for refunds including Therma1™ Hot, and Cold Rollers.
If for any reason you're not happy with your Therma1™ within 30 days of purchase, we'll give you your money back.
